Огляд присвячений аналізу сучасних даних про побічну дію хіміопрепаратів таксанового ряду (паклітаксел, доцетаксел, тамоксифен) на орган зору. Розглянуті питання розвитку ретинопатій, індукованих впливом цих препаратів. Наводяться дані щодо профілактики офтальмотоксичності при лікуванні онкохворих з офтальмоскопічними ускладненнями.
