ОСТЕОАРТРОЗ ТА ІШЕМІЧНА ХВОРОБА СЕРЦЯ: СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН ПРОБЛЕМИ ВЗАЄМНОГО ВПЛИВУ ТА ЛІКУВАННЯ

Остеоартроз – найбільш поширена форма ураження суглобів, пов’язана з підвищеним ризиком порушення рухової активності. Частка в структурі захворюваності зростає внаслідок старіння та збільшення відсотку населення з надмірною вагою і ожирінням. Цей мультифакторний процес, де механічні чинники відіграють провідну роль, характеризується змінами в структурі та функції всього суглобу. В статті проаналізовано механізми взаємного впливу остеоартрозу та ішемічної хвороби серця, висвітлюються дискусійні питання кардіологічних ефектів нестероїдних протизапальних середників (НПЗС) та використання статинів у ревматології.
