THE ROLE OF THE STRESS IN DEVELOPMENT OF THE DISEASES

The stress reaction is accompanied by expression of the neuropeptides, such as corticotropin, arginin, vasopressin, ACTH, β-endorphines. It creates the extraordinarily pied and many-sided picture of the changes during the stress, allows it more flexible to adapt to the different unfavorable factors and influencing, and it also stipulates multiplicity of the pathological changes. The mixed activating of the sympathetic-adrenal and parasympathetic nervous symstem results to the vasoconstriction in combination with the bradycardia stimulated by the vagus nerve, it increase of the gastric secretion with the damage of the mucus membrane of the stomach and intestine and violation of its peristalsis.
