PREVALENCE AND ASSESSMENT OF CRITERIA FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF COMBINED ALCOHOL-INDUCED INJURY OF LIVER AND PANCREAS

Having analyzed morbidity of cirrhosis and chronic pancreatitis for 2009-2013, according to the statistical and reference materials of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Health Information and Analytical Center, the prevalence of chronic alcoholism, acute alcoholic psychoses, amnesic syndrome and syndrome of dependence on alcohol and 1,000 outpatients cards patients who were under medical supervision of a narcologist, it was found that the incidence of liver cirrhosis in 5 years remained stable in Ivano-Frankivsk region, while the number of alcoholic cirrhosis tends to decrease by 1.5 times. There is a growing number of patients with chronic pancreatitis but the proportion of alcoholic pancreatitis is reduced.. Having surveyed 42 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis, 36 – with chronic pancreatitis and 40 – with comorbidity, found that markers, which confirm the simultaneous involvement in the pathological process both are the determination during objective examination of such indicators of net Le Go, as underweight, muscle wasting, gynecomastia, flushing of the face, venous plethora conjunctiva, shaking hands, redness of the palms, contractures Dyupyuitrena, transitory hypertension and increased parotid glands, increased activity of GGT in 5 times and increasing of the mean corpuscular volume of erythrocytes over 100 fl and the increasing of GGT /ALT and AST/ ALT in 2 times.
