BIOCHEMICAL FEATURES OF VIOLATION OF FUNCTION PATIENTS HAVE LIVERS WITH DESTRUCTIVE TUBERCULOSIS THAT THEIR CORRECTION

Objective – study chages in biochemical analysis of liver among patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis
Materials and methods. The study included 136 persons with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis using epidemiological, general clinical, laboratiry and biochemical methods. We definded the Veltman’s tasting, thymol test, activity of aspartataminotransferaze, alataminotransferaze, bilirubin, urea, creatinine. We examined the level of arginaze, cholinesteraze, ornithinkarbomaniltreansferaze, sorbitoldehydrogenaze.
Results and discussion. In studied patients the toxic liver’s damage was finded wich manifasted by typical clinical symptoms and abnormality of liver’s biochemical indexes. The early signs development of toxic hepatitis are changes of not less than two biochemical indexes which indicate function of liver.
Conclusions. Infection tuberculosis process and longlasted chemical therapy lead to toxic hepatitis which complicates pathological process and reduces efectivety of treatment.
