Abstract

An important condition for increasing the efficiency of production processes associated with the usage of process liquids and lubricants is the necessity of continuous monitoring and analysis of their quality. The main physical and chemical parameter characterizing the composition and structure of oil is density. Other important indicators of quality of products are calculated taking into account that factor. Computation of the density is time consuming process. Especially difficult to determine density depending on temperature variations in a wide range. Implementation of automatic systems with the aim of determining the generalized set up of oil quality indicators based on modern software and hardware is of immediate interest for many industries.
In this paper all experiments were conducted for gasoline A-80. 
The aim of this research is investigation of changes in petroleum density over a wide temperature range by dint of analytical methods.

Objectives of research - investigation of consistent pattern of changes of petroleum density under service conditions of oil and oil products.
Research Methodology – fundamental research using gasdynamic equations, usage of computer modeling.
