ANALYSIS OF THROMBOLYTIC THERAPY IN THE PERIOD OF 2014-2016 YEARS IN A SPECIALIZED REGIONAL STROKE UNIT

There are performed the long term results of treatment in group of patients with ischemic stroke whome Alteplasa was held (n=174). 3-year implementation of a package of measures aimed at reducing the time from onset of symptoms to the aid, the number of patients who were hospitalized within the therapeutic window, and the percentage of patients who underwent thrombolysis. When assessing the functional capacity of patients 90 days after stroke an increase of the 68,9% cases of independence in daily activities (mRS 0 – 2) were demonstrated.
