BUSINESS GAME AS A REQUIREMENT OF HIGH-QUALITY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

The article deals with the peculiarities of conducting the educational and pedagogical process of the Department of Phthisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases with the involvement of the method of "business game" during conducting practical classes from the cycle "Pulmonology". This type of activity is being studied by the author in the process of formation of general-cultural competencies for future medical students. Business medical game is one of the most important types of educational activity in preparing medical students for work in the field of medicine, which becomes a connection between the learning process and the actual situation in the future work. The form of organization of such activity practically reproduces the form of real professional activity. Business game in the proposed version is designed for a minimum of six participants, where the students act as therapists, laboratory assistant, endoscopist, pulmonologist, physiologist, spirographist, etc. There are several nosologies for better performance and work out the issues of differential diagnosis in the scenario of the game. In the process of using modern technology in the business medical game on the lessons, medical students are maximally involved in professional communication, in addition, studying the topics of medical orientation helps to carry out a comprehensive training of students of medical universities before clinical practice. The effectiveness of conducting of such type classes allows participants to master integrated systemic knowledge, to form initial skills for future professional activities, to ensure the implementation of the learning process in direct connection with learning, which could contribute to the fundamentals of clinical thinking, the establishment of a full-fledged professional level of the future doctor.
