TUBERCULOSIS INCIDENCE OF HEALTH WORKERS IVANO-FRANKIVSK OBLAST IN 2012-2017

The purpose of the work is to analyze the structure of the morbidity of tuberculosis (TB) at the antituberculosis establishments and general medical services of the Ivano-Frankivsk region in 2012-2017.
Materials and methods. Analysis of indicators of TB morbidity among medical workers of Ivano-Frankivsk region in 2012-2017.
Results and discussion. From 2012 to 2017, the incidence of TB of healthcare workers in the Ivano-Frankivsk region increased from 62.9 to 64.7 per 100 thousand health workers. This amount increased not only in the region but in the whole Ukraine. About 70% of incidence of TB include healthcare workers who work in the general medical services. More often are ill young and middle-age people. However, it should be noted that the percentage of destructive forms increased among medical workers (from 11.8 to 37.5%) and an average is 26.5%. Therefore, the problem of tuberculosis is important and this question needs to be learned more.
Conclusions. There is a tendency towards an increase in the incidence of TB among the healthcare workers of general medical services and antituberculosis establishments in the Ivano-Frankivsk region in 2012-2017. The younger medical staff and others who work in the medical services are mostly ill. Almost 7 times more likely can be ill doctors from antituberculosis establishments. Destructive forms of TB incrise because medical workers don’t diagnose and treat this disease in time.
