Abstract

The political and legal forming of diplomatic service of Ukraine is probed in the article. Diplomatic service  of Ukraine shows by itself component part of government service, which is appointed to provide practical realization of foreign policy of Ukraine, present and protect national interests of Ukraine in the field of international relations, and also rights and interests of legal entities and citizens of Ukraine, abroad.
