CIVIL SOCIETY IS A FULL PARTNER IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL MODEL

The paper investigates the interaction of civil society of the countries members of the EU, national States and EU bodies, aimed at maximizing the realization of the citizens and residents of the community to the values of freedom, human dignity, their own welfare. The author emphasizes that in modern conditions, are formed and have a significant influence non-governmental organizations, the non-profit sector, which plays an independent role, becomes a partner of the state and the commercial sector in solving pressing social problems. The inclusion of civil society representatives of all European countries in a broad dialogue, equal opportunities for Nations and peoples, is intended to ensure fairness policy, development strategies, a democratic and representative decision-making processes. This process involves the respect of citizens and their rights, enhance cultural diversity and rethinking security definitions, the inclusion of the concept of human security. Civil society plays a crucial role in the implementation of these approaches, operates as a full partner of the successful implementation of the European social model.
